About This Role:
    • Perform as a Strategic Intelligence Integrations Officer (Mid-Level Staff Officer) to support the Joint Programs Branch at Defense Intelligence Agency's Deputy Director for Global Integration (DDGI).
Responsibilities:
    • Manage current and future operations in support of DIA and the Defense Intelligence Enterprise partners.
    • Develop strategies and implement processes to improve warfighter support.
    • Synchronize intelligence requirements, resources, and activities through collaborative operations.
    • Advise on intelligence operations planning and execution.
    • Support operational planning teams and produce reports and assessments.
    • Support Agency Operations office participation in the Agency wide strategic planning process.
    • Lead Quarterly reporting program for internal mission activities.
    • Organize and lead working groups designed to enhance the Agency's ability to respond to emerging challenges.
The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with the Strategic Planning Process, preferably both military and civilian processes.
  • Experience working in a Joint Environment and demonstrated familiarity with JP 5.0.
  • Ability to convert "Vision statements" into actionable products with minimum guidance or supervision.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal / written communications skills.
  • Ability to interface with large groups of senior-level personnel from other Agencies without supervision.
  • Experience coordinating staff actions across strategically focused organizations.
  • Fluent use of organizational tasking and synchronization systems
Professional Certifications:N/AEducation:Bachelor's degree Clearance:Active TS/SCI Clearance w/ CI PolyYears of Professional Experience:5+ years
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
