Job Responsibilities:
Parametric is seeking a Business Analyst to map existing operational controls, processes, and procedures from a legacy operating model to an emerging target operating model. This role requires strong analytical skills, process documentation expertise, and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and controls for the new model.
Primary Responsibilities
• Collaborate with operational resources to inventory existing controls, processes, and procedures.
• Analyze both legacy and target operating models to facilitate a structured transition.
• Support the rationalization and optimization of controls and processes.
• Guide business stakeholders in developing SOPs and controls for the Target Operating Model.
• Ensure all documentation is clear, comprehensive, and aligns with industry standards.
Job Qualifications
Required Experience
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, controls, or audit.
• Experience in financial services or a related industry.
