Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow BCM Consultant/Analyst/Administrator to oversee and enhance our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) capabilities using the ServiceNow BCM module. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity strategies, risk assessments, and response plans to ensure organizational resilience in the face of disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • ServiceNow BCM Implementation & Administration
    • Configure and manage the ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) module.
    • Develop and optimize BCM workflows, dashboards, and reports.
    • Ensure system integrations with other risk and compliance platforms.
  • Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Planning
    • Conduct business impact analysis (BIA) to assess critical business functions and dependencies.
    • Develop, maintain, and test business continuity plans (BCPs) and disaster recovery plans (DRPs).
    • Work with stakeholders to define and implement recovery strategies.
  • Risk Assessment & Compliance
    • Identify risks and vulnerabilities that could impact business operations.
    • Align BCM processes with industry standards (ISO 22301, NIST, FFIEC, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct BCM audits, gap analyses, and policy reviews.
  • Incident Response & Crisis Management
    • Establish incident response protocols and escalation procedures.
    • Support crisis management teams during disruptions.
    • Document and analyze past incidents to enhance preparedness.
  • Training & Communication
    • Train employees on business continuity best practices and the use of ServiceNow BCM.
    • Develop awareness programs and conduct BCM exercises.
    • Serve as a point of contact for business continuity inquiries.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Required:
    • 3+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Risk Management, or Disaster Recovery.
    • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow BCM or GRC modules.
    • Familiarity with business impact analysis (BIA), risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
