- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of nine dispatchers, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
- Dispatch Coordination: Ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of patrol officers to respond to alarms and incidents across all zones.
- Incident Investigation: Oversee thorough investigations into alarms and other incidents, ensuring reports include detailed photo evidence and clear descriptions of events.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor dispatcher performance to ensure all alarms are identified and responded to promptly.
- Audit Compliance: Ensure dispatchers conduct required audits and submit trouble tickets according to client policies.
- Training and Development: Regularly train dispatchers to maintain and enhance proficiency and task mastery.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with dispatching operating systems.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Smartsheets, LENEL, Salesforce Quip, and Microsoft Office Suite applications effectively.
- Escort Operations: Track escort requests and ensure officers perform escort operations in line with client policies.
- Reporting: Report directly to the Site Security Lead, providing updates on dispatch operations and incidents.
- Must possess an Associate Degree or higher
- Must possess an Associate Degree or higher from an accredited educational institution.
- Must have a Valid Guard Card in the State of California
- Proven experience in managing a security operations center or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Smartsheets and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and generate detailed reports.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to train and develop team members to ensure high performance.
- Two years or more experience working in a medium to High Volume emergency services dispatch center as a emergency services dispatcher (preferred)
- One year or more experience working in Loss Prevention as an Asset Protection or Loss Prevention undercover agent with experience conducting video review, video down load, and live tracking of subjects (preferred)
- One year or more experience leveraging Lenel Alarm Monitoring System, GENETC Security Monitoring system or similar security monitoring surveillance system to conduct security investigations and coordinate with stakeholders
- One year or more experience creating request for service tickets to maintain security surveillance systems and access control systems (preferred)

- Ensure timely and effective response to incidents, alarms, notifications, calls, and other activities related to the Security Operations Center and its role as a central alarm monitoring station
- Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees, outside vendors, law enforcement, and the security field force via telephone, automated alarm monitoring and radio systems
- Coordinate with Security Operations Center staff to provide necessary documentation in support of uniformed guard force activity (e.g., Officer Dispatch, Incident Reporting, etc..
- Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public, occasionally under conditions of
- May undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey, in addition to ay mandatory licensing requirements and site-specific requirements.
- Directing and discipline staff in a positive manner.
- May be required to work overtime without advance notice.
- Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Keyboarding, basic computer usage and operating controls.
- Seeing, hearing, speaking and writing clearly in order to communicate with employees and clients, observe and report
