  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

    JOB SUMMARY

    This position will oversee the procurement and implementation of two data management systems: web-based solutions include one for prevention and one for treatment and mental health, enhancing data collection for reporting requirements. These solutions will support tracking and reporting on substance use prevention, treatment, and mental health services; provide a platform for TEDS, NOMs, and URS tables, enable providers to submit block grant data for services, and offer a user interface for correcting data errors.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a closely related field.
    • Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible professional IT experience relevant to the position's duties, i.e., systems administration, network administration, database administration, application analysis and development, and/or information security; minimum of two (2) of those years should be in a senior project management role.
    • Strong ability to lead and manage a project using structured project management methodologies, i.e., analysis, planning, scheduling, management, and documentation of each phase, e.g., initiation, coordination, development, testing, implementation, and training; ensuring timely completion.
    • Proficient in utilizing standard project scheduling, planning, execution, and reporting tools.
    • Well-versed in creating standard project documentation.
    • Skilled at coordinating internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and other state agencies to identify, document, and communicate necessary system interfaces.
    • Capable of developing training materials, delivering user training, and communicating effectively in both verbal and written formats.


    PREFERRED SKILL SET

    • Knowledge of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)
    • Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
