Job Summary:

This position represents Trinity Woods by providing quality customer service to members and staff in the Tree Top Shoppe and Charter Oak Restaurant.

Maintains attitudes and behaviors that demonstrate and uphold the Mission Statement of Trinity Woods supports the TW core values and shows an understanding of TW’s person-centered philosophy.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in food service
  • Tulsa County Food Handler’s Card
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Point-of-sale system experience preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

Tree Top Cafe & Shoppe responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the marketing of Tree Top Shoppe goods and daily specials including promotional signage and attractive displays to promote sales.
  • Maintains appropriate levels of inventory for Tree Top Shoppe and orders supplies as needed in a timely manner.
  • Rotate inventory stock in Tree Top Shoppe.
  • Ensures the cleanliness of Tree Top Shoppe to meet all County, State and Federal sanitation requirements.
  • Coordinates menu for Tree Top Café with Charter Oak Executive Chef.
  • Prepare and serve food in Tree Top Café.
  • Utilize POS to assist members with purchasing supplies/groceries from Tree Top Cafe.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Charter Oak Dining Room Responsibilities

  • Provides “day-off” coverage for the Charter Oak Dining Room Supervisor.
  • Coordinates with the Charter Oak Dining Room Supervisor to ensure the accuracy of the daily “priority seating” process.
  • Provides accurate and efficient food service to members.
  • Assists with the preparation of the dining room for daily meal service.
  • Assists with restaurant closing tasks to ensure the area is clean after service has been concluded.
  • Use the Daily Side Work Checklist to accurately record the completion of daily work assignments.
