About You

  • We are seeking someone to design our self-service Customer program. This role involves creating interactive resources such as email campaigns, webinars, and Loom tutorial videos, while also building out Fello Academy with valuable content. The role also requires someone with an analytical mindset who can use customer data to make informed roadmap decisions on how to build the self service onboarding experience for small business real estate agents. The goal is to drive adoption among our smaller sized business real estate agent customers, maximize their time to value, and ensure the steps of onboarding in the software are made simple.

You Will

  • Create Content: Develop and maintain high-quality customer enablement materials such as video tutorials, webinars, help articles, training guides, and certification programs.
  • Design Onboarding Process: Design an effective scaled onboarding process, to efficiently educate real estate agents how to use the platform & derive value.
  • Train Customers: Create virtual training sessions for customers of all experience levels, tailoring content to specific use cases and agent personas.
  • Constantly Optimize: Monitor customer engagement and gather feedback to continuously refine enablement materials, processes, and tools.
  • Drive Adoption: Measure the success of enablement initiatives through metrics such as adoption rates, time-to-value, product usage, and NPS.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to align enablement programs with product updates and business objectives.
  • Advocate for Customers: Identify power users and customer advocates, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within the customer community.

You Have

  • Residential Real Estate industry experience
  • Start up experience
  • Proven track record of effectively creating self-serve customer onboarding programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Experience creating enablement processes from the ground up, including playbooks, videos, and how-to guides
  • Experience building and managing an externally facing platform for customer training and education
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities
  • Change management and project management
  • Extreme attention to detail
