What You’ll DoThis role is critical in keeping the company running smoothly. You will work directly with the co-founders to provide administrative and operational support, ensuring efficiency across multiple departments.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment and grow into a larger role as the company expands. You must be detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptable and coachable.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing Communications – Answering phone calls, texts, and emails professionally and promptly.
- Scheduling & Organization – Managing calendars, setting up meetings, and keeping everything on track.
- Contract & Document Management – Preparing and sending contracts, ensuring accuracy, and following up as needed.
- Customer & Client Support – Assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Basic Marketing Support – Light work in Canva to create presentations or simple marketing materials.
- General Administrative Tasks – Handling data entry, organizing files, assisting with shipments and keeping operations running efficiently.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Jumping in wherever needed to assist the founders and team.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – You catch small mistakes and love keeping things structured.
- Coachable & Quick to Learn – You take feedback well and apply it immediately.
- Strong Communicator – You’re professional, clear, and friendly in all interactions.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable learning new tools.
- Proactive & Reliable – You don’t wait for instructions—you find ways to add value.
