The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the human resources department by handling new hires onboarding, administrative tasks, assisting with, managing employee records, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Requirements

New Hires Onboarding

  • Coordinate new hire paperwork and ensure all onboarding documents are completed.

Employee Records & HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance reviews.
  • Process and track HR documents, including employment contracts, policy acknowledgments, and compliance paperwork.
  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations efforts by handling basic inquiries and escalating concerns when necessary.

Payroll & Timekeeping Support

  • Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time records.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and leave policies.

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Help organize company events, training programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing support and guidance to employees.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through communication and engagement efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
  • Understanding of HR laws and best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Business Attire:

  • Professional business attire is required for this role reflecting a polished and professional appearance.

Compensation:

  • $24.00 per hour
