Executive Director - 40 hours, Full Time - Exempt, Central Office - Lexington
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and quality of the agency, and is responsible for leading the agency in setting and accomplishing both long range and short-term goals. The Executive Director should be a leader in the local communities, the State and the child care profession. The Executive Director serves as the Director of Early Childhood Services and oversees the Program Design & Management of the agency.
Must be Director II certified by the Department of Early Education & Care. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required. Candidate must have 2-3 years of nonprofit experience. Candidate must have experience in supervision of staff, fiscal management, and administration. Head Start Experience required.
