- Screen application thoroughly, conduct engaging pre-screen phone and in-person interviews to find top-tier talent.
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum visibility.
- Maintain full compliance with state and federal employment laws, including DOT compliance, and company policies.
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify innovative recruiting strategies.
- Handle key administrative tasks such as coordinating background checks, generating offer letters, scheduling clinics and follow-ups, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
