  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A Growing Real Estate Management Company is seeking a qualified individual as Make Ready Technician/Porter for a 278-unit multifamily property in Fort Worth, TX. The position offers competitive pay and benefits.

3500 Renzel Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76116

General Responsibilities
  • All aspects of apartment turnover and make ready maintenance including dry wall repair, painting, cleaning, and preparation for new occupancy.
  • Patrolling the property's common areas including clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and grounds and removing trash and debris to maintain desired property appearance.
  • Custodial responsibilities including trash removal, vacuuming, etc. in common and office areas.
  • Daily cleanup of the trash compactor area.
  • Light landscaping responsibilities as needed
  • Assist in the completion of other maintenance related work orders as needed.
  • Assist the property manager, maintenance supervisor, and the rest of the property staff in the successful maintenance operations and general upkeep of the property including other maintenance related tasks and responsibilities.
  • Complete all required employee training and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the property in a professional manner.
