The intern on this team will support the administrative tasks of the Global Human Resources department. The purpose of the internship is to develop the skillsets of the intern and enable growth in areas of opportunity simultaneously. The intern will also support ad hoc projects that the team may have at hand in the duration of the 11-week internship.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards to visualize HR Metrics
- Maintain documentation of HR KPIs
- Perform data cleaning to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests
- Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects as assigned
- Conduct research and gather data to support various initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Engage in learning opportunities and training sessions to enhance professional development
- 0-1 Years of experience in data analytics or data interpretation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills for measuring/tracking success and KPI’s
- Willingness to learn new skills and tools, especially in business intelligence and analytics
- Ability to approach problems and seek solutions
- Creative and Innovative mindset
- Qualified candidates must be:
- Available to work June 10 and participate through August 21.
- Must have legal work authorization to work in the United States.
- Able to participate in our hybrid program in the Financial District of San Francisco, CA.
- Hybrid Work Environment: This role operates within a hybrid work model, with an expectation of 2 days per week in the office in San Francisco. One week each month requires 3 days in the office to facilitate team collaboration and strategic planning.
