We are seeking a talented .NET Core Production Support Engineer with a background in backend development and experience with Azure cloud services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in backend development using .NET Core and a good understanding of Azure services. This role will primarily focus on providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining backend systems and applications hosted on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal teams, troubleshooting issues related to .NET Core backend systems and integrations along with the data stored in SQL Server
• Issue Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and bugs in Azure-hosted applications in a timely manner
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and users, to deliver high-quality solutions and support ongoing development efforts
• Azure Integration: Support and maintain backend solutions leveraging Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in backend development using .NET Core, including C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core is required
• Experience working with Kronos UKG API Time integration preferred but not required
• SQL Server experience and proficient in writing SQL queries is required
• Some experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage is required
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving is required
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation range: Base salary range (depending on experience) $90k-110k, 5% target bonus eligible

Work Location

• We are a remote company, however, for this role, we are seeking someone who lives in or near one of the following locations: Central or Northeastern New Jersey or metro New York City
