Data Management Assistant / Office Assistant
We are currently looking for a dynamic individual who is skilled in data management as part of the office assistance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into our internal databases
Respond to queries regarding entered data as needed.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate reports and manage spreadsheets.
Assist with routine office tasks including scanning, photocopying, filing, and organizing.
Assist in maintaining office supplies
Answer and direct incoming calls and relay messages to the appropriate individual.
