Customer Operations Administrator Summary:

The Operations team supports the Product, Process & Systems initiatives that enable the Customer Experience team. This role focuses on optimizing processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving the overall efficiency of the Customer Experience department.

What You'll Do:

Gainsight Admin

  • Configure, deploy, and administer the Gainsight platform (system configuration, reports, dashboards, end-to-end workflows, systems integrations) .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional end users to gather business requirements that impact Gainsight and the CRM and configure the system to meet those needs (partnering with other operations teams as needed) .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify key metrics, data sources, and the frequency and granularity of data feeds.

CS Ops Initiatives & Day to day

  • Manage day-to-day support of the CX team, including fielding questions, ad-hoc requests, monitor system performance, data integrity, user activity and suggestions to make recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of existing tools and processes. Prioritizing efficiencies across the post-sale customer organization (Technical Support & Professional Services)
  • Monitoring metrics for customer satisfaction, customer goals, and business needs.
  • Project coordination, including creating enablement documentation on process, cross-functional collaboration with other teams to learn process and fix issues as they arise.
  • Assist in training the CX team on new process, tools and systems
  • Understand CX Team process and guidelines to resolve issues or bugs that occur.

What You'll Bring:

  • CRM administration experience or certification (Bonus: Gainsight Admin Certified or Support Logic Admin Certified)
  • 3+ Years in CS Ops, Renewals, CSM or other CS function.
  • Passion for designing processes, Problem solver with a systems mindset
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
  • Enjoy “getting your hands dirty” by digging into complex operations
  • High degree of ownership over their work
  • Clear communication with various personality types and learning styles
  • Strong listening skills; open to input from other team members and departments
  • Direct experience with Data & Analysis activities
