The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for delivering a quality customer experience and following up on action items to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, fostering strong partnerships through proactive communication and support.
- Oversee order fulfillment, inventory planning, and logistics across multiple facilities and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies on lead times and minimum order quantities.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a positive initial experience and a seamless transition into long-term partnership.
- Capture customer insights and collaborate with sales, product development, and operations teams to continuously enhance the service experience.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and long-term engagement to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer usage patterns, analyze trends, and proactively address potential issues to minimize churn and optimize service levels.
- Develop and refine processes that improve efficiency, service quality, and responsiveness to market demands.
- Mentor and develop the customer service and account management teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- 10+ years in customer service, account management, or sales, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong ability to cultivate lasting customer partnerships and anticipate client needs.
- A solution-oriented mindset with experience handling escalations and implementing resolutions effectively.
- Ability to track and analyze order trends, inventory data, and customer demand fluctuations.
- Proven ability to work effectively across departments, including Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
