Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for your respected superiors, ensuring that content is well-structured, informative, and effectively communicates key messages.
  • Efficiently organize, coordinate, and schedule meetings and appointments, proactively managing calendars to maximize productivity and minimize scheduling conflicts.
  • Professionally answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals, ensuring clear communication and efficient call handling.
  • Manages the entire order processing workflow, maintaining accuracy and ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reviews and verifies expense reports for accuracy and submits them to the Finance Department for timely processing.
  • Produces comprehensive monthly sales reports and delivers additional analytics requested by Sales Representatives and Managers.
  • Accurately file and input data into the CRM system, ensuring information is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Arrange and oversee all travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring seamless and cost-effective logistics for employees.
  • Take full ownership of assigned projects, effectively managing timelines, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring successful completion to meet company goals.

Qualifications:

  • A college diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint, is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills are essential.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and a professional demeanor are necessary to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, are essential.
