The Role
This position plays a key role in supporting engineering projects, overseeing validation processes, and refining testing methodologies. - Lab Management - Maintain calibration, safety, and equipment schedules to support smooth operations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting - Manage and analyze test results using software like MATLAB, Python, and R.
- Leadership & Mentorship - Directly oversee lab engineers, serve as a technical expert, and develop future leaders.
- Collaboration - Work closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
What They're Looking For
- Engineering Background - Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
- Hands-On Expertise - Comfort working directly with test equipment, automation, and fluid systems.
- Technical Breadth - Experience with PLC controls, DAQ technology, LabView, fluid dynamics, and chemical processes is a strong plus.
- Leadership Potential - Previous supervisory or mentorship experience preferred.
- Problem Solver - Ability to diagnose test failures and recommend solutions.
