Description
Project Overview: We are seeking a skilled Willow Ambulatory Contractor to join our team for a 6-month project. The anticipated go-live date is mid-August. The contractor will be responsible for implementing the Willow Ambulatory system, ensuring its smooth operation, and providing support for one month post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement the Willow Ambulatory system for our mail order pharmacy.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful system integration and functionality.
Provide training and support to staff during the implementation phase.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during and after the go-live period.
Stay on-site for one month post-implementation to provide ongoing support and ensure system stability.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Willow Ambulatory system implementation.
Experience working in a mail order pharmacy setting.
Familiarity with Parata automation solutions is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willow certification
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience with Parata automation technologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage and support system implementations in a healthcare setting.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
