As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to executives while managing and optimizing their LinkedIn profiles and activity. This role combines traditional executive assistant tasks with LinkedIn-related responsibilities, aimed at enhancing the executive’s professional network and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Management:
  • Optimize and maintain the executive’s LinkedIn profile to reflect their personal brand and professional achievements.
  • Draft, schedule, and post engaging content on LinkedIn, including articles, updates, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Manage LinkedIn connections by accepting relevant invitations, sending connection requests, and nurturing professional relationships.
  • Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and engagement on LinkedIn in a timely and professional manner.
  • Executive Support:
  • Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare meeting agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed.
  • Handle email correspondence and manage task lists to ensure priorities are met.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations for executive projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn best practices, including content creation, profile optimization, and engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
