Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3 desktop support for PC and Mac users.
- Troubleshoot operating systems and network issues.
- Handle Layer 1 physical connectivity and set IP addresses.
- Crimp Cat5/Cat6 cables and understand fiber-optic technology.
- Manage Active Directory tasks (account setup, permissions, password resets).
- Support broadcast-specific applications.
- Maintain office apps and communication tools.
- Test network switches and Cisco systems.
- Install and fix printers for events.
- Follow pre-event setup checklists.
- Physical Expectations: Carry equipment up to 60 pounds, crouch under equipment if needed, move and set up equipment onsite.
