With a team of highly trained professionals, state-of-the-art facilities, and a patient-centered approach, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, staff, or clients entering the facility.
- Follow procedures to check in visitors and issue temporary identification badges.
- Answer and direct phone calls, provide information, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Operate computers for various administrative tasks, including database management and word processing.
- Use office equipment such as copiers, scanners, printers, fax machines, and arrange for repairs when needed.
- Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems, including attendance records, correspondence, and other documents.
- Greet visitors and callers, providing assistance or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage and confirm staff shift schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
- Perform security checks and adhere to facility protocols regarding visitation and property searches.
- Catalog and inventory supplies and deliveries as necessary.
- Onsite childcare, $25 per 12 hr. shift.
- Floating Holidays & PTO
- Life, Health, Dental, Short Term/Long Term Disability
- 1 Weekend per month requirement,
- Flexible schedule on 12 hr. shifts
