Job Overview:

The Investor Relations Manager will serve as the primary liaison for our investors, ensuring seamless communication and fostering trust throughout the investment journey. This role demands exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities to manage investor accounts effectively and keep them engaged with our portfolio of deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for existing and potential investors, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth investment process.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong investor relationships by understanding their financial objectives and preferences.
  • Educate investors on our real estate offerings, investment terms, and market opportunities.

  • Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze investor engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in investor relations, sales, or account management (preferred).
