Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision & Leadership:

• Define and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with market opportunities and consumer trends.
• Collaborate closely with their Board of Directors and stakeholders to accelerate sustainable growth.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence within the leadership team and broader organization.

Business Development & Market Expansion:

• Lead B2B sales initiatives, expanding their market footprint with existing and new customers.
• Build strategic partnerships and identify new business channels, particularly within clean-label and plant-based segments.
• Ensure their product development and marketing strategies consistently position us at the forefront of industry trends.

Operational & Financial Excellence:

• Assume full P&L ownership, driving financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Optimize production scalability, balancing cost management with uncompromising product quality.
• Establish robust financial and operational controls for sustainable growth.

Investor & Stakeholder Relations:

• Regularly update investors and the Board, providing insightful analysis of company performance and market dynamics.
• Foster and expand relationships with investors and financial partners to ensure strategic alignment and continued investment in their growth.

Who They're Looking For:

• An experienced CEO or senior executive with proven success managing P&L within Food & Beverage Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to scale manufacturing facilities, optimize margins, and implement efficient processes without sacrificing innovation.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and investors.
• A strategic thinker with a track record of successfully guiding companies through growth phases in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
