Invisible Narratives, the first-of-its-kind tra-digital studio, is looking for an Account Manager to join our direct to consumer brand team. This team specializes in developing unique and high-quality products ranging from premium apparel and accessories to collectibles, plush, and more. Our team is dedicated to supporting creators in bringing their vision to life through thoughtful brand management and product execution.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with a diverse portfolio of creators, ensuring seamless brand operations, and overseeing the end-to-end process of product development and launches. This role requires strong organizational skills, strategic planning, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to execute successful product releases

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned creators, managing day-to-day communication and brand operations.
  • Plan and execute new product releases, working closely with the e-commerce team to prepare websites for launches.
  • Coordinate with the art department to develop artwork, mockups, tech packs, and other assets required for product creation.
  • Handle procurement by working directly with factories to produce products, create purchase orders, and oversee production timelines.
  • Understand logistics to track product arrival dates, inventory levels, and reordering schedules.
  • Collaborate with artists and designers to create unique and innovative products across various categories.
  • Utilize Asana for project management, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are tracked and met efficiently.
  • Build out schedules and calendars for future product launches, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manage and communicate royalty reports to clients on an ongoing basis.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, brand management, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Passion for working with creators, developing unique products, and building strong brands.
  • Experience or understanding of merchandising, fashion, or collectibles is a plus.
