The Executive Director of PA 211 Southwest provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for our comprehensive human services contact center, which serves over 500,000 individuals annually. This senior leadership position manages approximately 40 staff members (including approximately 25 contact center resource navigators) and an annual budget of approximately $3 million. Reporting directly to the President and CEO as a key member of the senior management team, this position provides direct supervision to two directors while playing a crucial role in ensuring vulnerable populations have access to essential community resources and services.

A master's degree in public administration, social work, business administration, or related field and a minimum of seven (7) years' of progressive leadership experience in human services field is required. Experience in information and referral services is preferred. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of education.

Annual Salary

Pay Grade 113

Salary Range - $106,914 - $125,763
