Your Event And Hospitality Manager Duties And Responsibilities

- Create Unforgettable Experiences: From cocktail parties to webinars, you'll manage in-person, virtual, and hybrid events with flair.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work with our in-house team, external vendors, clients and other departments to bring the events to life.
- Lead with Confidence: Oversee events from start to finish, including budgeting, analytics, and post-event reporting.
- Engage and Delight: Coordinate everything from setup to cleanup, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Seamless Execution: Coordinate tasks within financial and time constraints for flawless events.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records for all events and hospitality functions.
- On-Site Coordination: Manage setup, signage, registration, and tech requirements.
- Hospitality Management: Oversee hospitality needs in your local office and beyond, as needed.
- Event Management Pro: Proven experience in executing multiple events across various cities in the US.
- F&B Savvy: Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry for engagement activations and menu creation.
- Communication Star: Excellent writing and interaction skills, especially with C-suite and clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, and graphic design tools like Canva.
- Team Leader: Experience managing a team and working across time zones.
- Problem Solver: Calm under pressure, with a knack for multitasking and innovation.
- Flexible and Ready: Willingness to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Travel Enthusiast: Ready to travel locally and nationally to our offices.
- Law Firm Experience: A plus if you've worked in a law firm setting.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
