Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain patient and clinical data in the company’s database systems.
  • Data Quality Control: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all data entries, performing regular audits and checks.
  • Database Maintenance: Assist in the management and organization of electronic medical records (EMRs) and other health-related data.
  • Compliance: Ensure all data is in compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA, and follows company standards for confidentiality and security.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports related to data analysis, trends, and errors to help improve operations and decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments, including clinical and administrative staff, to ensure seamless data processing and support.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to data entries and database functions.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and organized records of data entry procedures and ensure proper documentation is kept up to date.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or relevant certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a similar administrative role (preferably in the healthcare or medical field).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other data management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and auditing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and in compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
