Job Description
Responsibilities include the completion of various program outcomes assessment/evaluation surveys and reports, CACREP accreditation documentation, and in-department trainings for faculty and students related to program evaluation and accreditation.
Qualifications
A minimum of a masters degree in counseling and preferably enrolled in the CES program, the student will need to have the ability to perform both clerical and non-clerical tasks; highly organized; drive to meet deadlines; self-starter; collaborative; good time management skills; skilled at using Word, Excel, social media, and most importantly an ability to work independently.
Supervision
The student employee will be responsible for checking in with the project supervisor(s) on a weekly basis; more if needed. Project supervisors will clearly outline expectations and will also be responsible for weekly check-ins, preferably by phone or Zoom.
