Key Responsibilities
- Manage and engineer Cisco Networking and Telecom systems.
- Support and optimize Cisco infrastructure performance and security.
- Maintain and configure telecommunication systems and MPLS networks.
- Troubleshoot issues with TCP/IP, UDP, QoS, MPLS, and SIP.
- Oversee network security, monitoring, and compliance.
- Lead network expansion projects and system upgrades.
- Develop and document network configurations and processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
- Mentor and lead junior network staff.
- Expertise in TCP/IP, UDP, QoS, MPLS, SIP, SD-WAN, and DMVPN.
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Cisco Voice and CCNP certification preferred.

- Experience with PBXs, ACDs, ALGs, and SBCs.
- Knowledge of monitoring technologies and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting multi-site WAN environments.

- Strong understanding of Layer 3 networks and routing protocols.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Cisco Unity and collaboration software.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
