FNA Group needs an energetic and ambitious individual that can multitask, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys wearing a smile! As we continue to grow and promote from within, we are looking to fill a key role that offers many career paths.

Schedule is 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Major Responsibilities And Duties

  • Act as primary for front desk responsibilities, including receiving guests to the building, answering incoming calls, organizing mail, and other front desk administrative responsibilities.
  • Reviews, verifies, and enters data from source materials. Identifies and reconciles data input discrepancies. Extracts and compiles information from databases to produce reports.
  • Answer customer and management questions by looking up order status information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Energetic and goal oriented.
  • Any previous ERP software (i.e. Sage) is a plus, but not required.
  • Bilingual Spanish highly desired.

Education/Certification

High school diploma or equivalent.

College degree is a plus, but not required.
