Role Description

The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, client relations, managing field staff and resources, coordinating project schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality control.

Qualifications

  • Experience in concrete and construction projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with tilt-up construction is a plus
