The Business Coordinator will ensure schedules are managed such that we can achieve our goals, coordinating meetings, communicating with internal and external partners, and ensuring that all business processes are running smoothly. The Business Coordinator is responsible for analyzing data and making recommendations to improve business processes, keeping records on budgets, overseeing projects, and tracking progress. Other duties include oversight regarding safety, records management, grants coordination and monitoring, facilities maintenance, position tracking and temporary employment request review.

- Ability to develop, monitor, and communicate changes to project scope, project plans, timelines, status, issues, and risks for complex projects.Â
- Ability to compile, analyze, and summarize administrative, programmatic data for assessing portfolio capacity.Â
- Ability to develop/ written documents/oral presentations and/or reports conveying information and to communicate effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines; Broad understanding of the administration of grants and general conceptual understanding of the financing of public health services.Â
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.Â
