Job Description

Responsibilities include collaborating with the project supervisor to assist the CES program with ongoing research activities, grant applications and monitoring, in-division training for faculty and students related to resources and support for faculty and student research as well as other duties as assigned by the project supervisor.

Qualifications

As a doctoral student in the CES program, the ability to perform both clerical and non-clerical tasks; highly organized; drive to meet deadlines; self-starter; collaborative; good time management skills; skilled at using Word, Excel, social media, and most importantly an ability to work independently.

Supervision

The student work will be responsible for checking in with the project supervisor(s) on a weekly basis; more if needed. Project supervisors will clearly outline expectations and will also be responsible for weekly check-ins, preferably lby phone or Zoom.
