Our well-established accounting and auditing firm is experiencing rapid growth.

We are seeking a detailed-orientated and organized Experienced Bookkeeper to work closely with our Firm Administrator and management. This position is more than accounts payable and accounts receivable.

The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records including month-end and year-end closes, performing day-to-day financial accounting for the company, assisting with processing payroll, preparing various reports, and assisting with basic administrative duties.

This position requires a thorough understanding of debits and credits and general ledger accounting and is not a remote position.

In-Person Position in Concord, NH

Full-time 32-40 hours a week, M-F

Daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop

Accounts payable

Accounts Receivable

Cash receipts posting and bank deposit preparation

Reconcile bank statements

Prepare accrual and prepayment schedules

Efficient record-keeping and reporting

Month-end Reporting

Payroll Processing

Required Education And Experience

Prior and current bookkeeping/accounting experience

Thorough understanding of debits and credits and general ledger accounting

Familiarity with payroll processing

Preferred Education And Experience

Degree in Accounting or relevant work experience
