The annual base salary range is $250,000 - $275,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short and long term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.

- Oversee the entire global product team across regions (recruit, mentor and develop a high performing team)
- Lead cross-functional teams across design, tech/fit, sourcing/product development, quality control and operations
- Drive the ideation and implementation of innovative strategies
- Drive our 3rd party partnership and proprietary business strategy, creating distinction, diversification and new revenue opportunities
- Establish and track key performance metrics to ensure success and areas for improvement
- Be the key product touchpoint with our incubation and 3rd party team under our CMO
- Create financial targets, strategy, and formal processes to ensure organizational alignment
- Develop and maintain a RACI to ensure cross functional clarity
- Drive key special projects as needed
- Build and uphold a network of consumer partnerships and product capabilities to deliver on our future plans
- Stay informed on the voice of the consumer and drive new ideas for all businesses
- Serve as a liaison between the global product team and the corporate teams on all product opportunities
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 15+ years of related experience
- Strong apparel product creation experience
- Experience with product creation cycles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word)
- Experience with PDM and/or other product creation systems preferred
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
- Strong ability to work in a matrix organization aligning strategies across platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels of management and a diverse team
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills
- Experience working in a retail or consumer goods environment
- Knowledge of product design, development, and sourcing processes
- Experience with product life cycle management and brand portfolio management
- Certification in brand management, marketing, or a related field
