Rapidly growing E-Commerce startup is seeking a results-driven Senior Financial Analyst with expertise in accounting, inventory analysis, COGS, and advanced NetSuite knowledge. Reporting to the Director of Purchasing, this role focuses on data analysis, workflow optimization, and NetSuite management to drive scalability and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage NetSuite and MS Excel to perform complex analysis and develop demand planning models to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Optimize and customize NetSuite saved searches for inventory margin analysis by SKU, lot number, and warehouse.
  • Conduct weekly inventory reconciliations across warehouse locations and analyze COGS by segment.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for cost reduction and efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure NetSuite data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • 3+ years of financial analysis, accounting or inventory demand planning experience.
  • Advanced NetSuite expertise including proficiency with saved searches and custom fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
  • Advanced mathematical problem-solving ability.
  • Supply chain experience in a CPG environment is a plus.
