Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the real estate or investment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
