Responsibilities:

Collaborate on large development projects with diverse teams, including third-party resources.

Utilize your knowledge of development and engineering to work on software of moderate complexity.

Work on the design and development of highly scalable software systems and applications.

Implement assigned software development tasks using new or existing technologies.

Participate in the development of specifications for assigned components or projects.

Engage in coding, programming, testing, and debugging.

Follow established protocols for software installation and maintenance, and complete relevant documentation.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical components related to server-side, mobile, and web service-based solutions.

Coordinate deliverables with other technical groups within the organization.

Participate in setting the architectural direction for mobile and web components.

Serve as a high-level technical resource for Android development, providing technical guidance and oversight.

Engage in problem analysis and issue resolution.

Suggest improvements to processes, technology, and interfaces to enhance team effectiveness.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Developer/Software Engineer
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience in sales, preferably within a tech environment
Ability to create clear and concise documentation
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Experience in reviewing and improving software designs
Knowledge of digital merchandising
Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
Experience in designing and maintaining websites
Understanding of retail industry and its digital requirements
Proven track record in software implementation
Proficiency in digital technologies
Knowledge of payroll functions
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
Familiarity with industry practices and standards
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
Proficiency in cloud technologies
Experience with monitoring tools
Understanding and application of software best practices
Proficiency in Java
Experience in component selection for software development
Familiarity with specification and configuration management
Understanding of network protocols
Strong programming skills in relevant languages.
