We are looking for a motivated, inspired, engaged, dynamic, and creative Senior HR Business Partner/Talent Lead who will do things differently strong on change management and enjoys coming up with new yet practical solution.

The Senior HR Business Partner/Talent Lead is the trusted advisor to the business. Serves as an expert and coach on employment relations and drives some of the talent management and employee engagement agenda, along with promoting a culture of change. This is a hybrid role, required to be in the Detroit office 2-3 days/week.

Key Responsibilities

HR COACHING

  • Act as a strategic HR partner, providing coaching and guidance to leaders within supportive functions to drive people management excellence.
  • Be a leader facilitator of team building sessions and other needed training sessions to improve organizational capabilities.

TALENT / PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee talent management initiatives, including goal setting, own performance review process, support employee development and succession planning process.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on career development and growth.
  • Partner in the development plan of employees in general, and high-potential employees specifically, through the “house of development” (training programs, workshops).

CULTURE OF CHANGE/ENGAGEMENT

  • Drive a culture of change management in the transformation journey.
  • Manage the Annual Employee Engagement process: launch annual surveys, support managers on setting plans

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR, as an HRBP or in Talent Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or Employment relations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills to build rapport at all levels.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ADP systems preferred.
