- Supervise and lead a team of Security Officers, ensuring proper execution of security duties.
- Ensure all security procedures and post orders are followed, including patrols, reporting, and access control.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel, providing guidance and corrective action when needed.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain high-security standards.
- Collaborate with client representatives to address security concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports, track incidents, and maintain accurate documentation of security operations.
- Assist in scheduling, payroll submissions, and personnel management.
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and escalations in a professional and efficient manner.
- Experience in supervising teams.
- Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Advanced computer proficiency and familiarity with security systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- May be required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Requires physical endurance, including prolonged standing, walking, and patrolling.
- Exposure to various environmental conditions, including outdoor and indoor monitoring.
