We are seeking a Business Project Manager (Trainee) to join our team. The selected candidate will undergo a six-month training period under the supervision of our experienced Head Foreman/Project Manager, with the potential for a long-term leadership role upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Train under the current Head Foreman/Project Manager for six months
  • Oversee tile installation projects and ensure quality standards are met
  • Manage on-site teams and coordinate workflow efficiently
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise
  • Attend site meetings and maintain accurate documentation
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and project specifications
  • Provide regular updates on job status, workforce performance, and material requirements to senior management

Qualifications

  • Must have a reliable form of transportation and the ability to travel up to 1.5 hours for job sites as needed
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Punctual and dependable, with a commitment to on-site presence and timely attendance
  • Prior experience in construction, flooring, or tile installation is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Preferred but not required: Bachelor's in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering or similar
