D&O Ceramic Tile LLC is a well-established provider of high-quality tile installation services for both commercial and residential projects. We are seeking a Business Project Manager (Trainee) to join our team. The selected candidate will undergo a six-month training period under the supervision of our experienced Head Foreman/Project Manager, with the potential for a long-term leadership role upon successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Train under the current Head Foreman/Project Manager for six months
- Oversee tile installation projects and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage on-site teams and coordinate workflow efficiently
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise
- Attend site meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and project specifications
- Provide regular updates on job status, workforce performance, and material requirements to senior management
Qualifications
- Must have a reliable form of transportation and the ability to travel up to 1.5 hours for job sites as needed
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Punctual and dependable, with a commitment to on-site presence and timely attendance
- Prior experience in construction, flooring, or tile installation is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Preferred but not required: Bachelor's in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering or similar
