The Tender Manager will oversee the internal tender process for new and existing business opportunities. This role involves ensuring competitive and profitable bids, working with cross-functional teams, and staying informed on industry trends. You’ll play a critical part in driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the tender process from initiation to submission, including coordination, pricing, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with product and commercial teams to ensure all bid details are accurate and complete.
- Stay up to date on Air and Sea logistics, industry developments, and company policies.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics and transportation with a focus on tender management and pricing.
- Strong understanding of Air and Sea routing and industry practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $62,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
