- Licensure: Current New York State Nurse Aide certification

- Experience: Prior experience in a nursing care or rehabilitation setting is a plus
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitoring resident conditions
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a compassionate approach to care, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
- Take and record vital signs as directed
- Assist with resident positioning and mobility
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Participate in activities and social programs for residents
- Respond promptly to resident calls and requests
