ESR is looking for a Business Development Manager to sell search & recruiting services to the Oil and Gas industry in the Permian Basin. The successful individual will leverage current and incoming contacts to sell ESR recruiting & search services at a corporate and site level. Business Development Manager, (Oil & Gas Industry Staffing – Permian Basin)

Location Remote

Territory: Permian Basin

Compensation: Generous commissions upon projects completions. (~Est $50-100k+/yr)

Description:

· End Goal: To establish clients (from existing and incoming contacts) needing recruiting and search services in assigned territory, specifically related to Oil / Gas and Sales / Business Development functions.

· To support Sales & Business Development for ESR (Energy Sales Resources) for the Oil / Gas and related O&G industries (eg, oilfield services)

· Call / Visit existing contacts/decision makers to introduce ESR services.

· Manage existing relationships in identifying new business opportunities.

· Maintain the CRM system.

· Track down incoming leads in assigned territory and establish relationships for future business.

Requirements:

· 5+ years experience selling services/products in Oil/Gas and related industries.

· Keen knowledge and experience of the following territory: Permian Basin

· Strong Rolodex of decision makers / hiring managers in Oil/Gas.

· Ability to work remotely with occasional local travel to clients in and around the Permian Basin.
