The City of Steamboat Springs is hiring a Seasonal Parks Worker for the 2025 season! As a Seasonal Parks Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of public parks during the peak season. Working under the supervision of Parks management, you will perform a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of city parks and amenities. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to community well-being, and gain valuable experience in groundskeeping and landscaping. This position runs from late April or early May through late September or early October.
The City of Steamboat Springs park system consist of over 29 park sites, totaling over 1,000 acres that include six mineral springs, two skate parks, 10 playgrounds, three volleyball courts, and 22 athletic fields.
