Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various industries, including IT, engineering, and software development. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, strong networking skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent using various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline hiring processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.
Provide an excellent candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve hiring efficiency and employer branding efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, or similar role in staffing or corporate recruiting.
Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
