Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Greets and communicates well with customers in person or via phone to ensure accuracy of order and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledgeable of menu, demonstrates suggestive selling
  • Ensures order accuracy, communicates order needs to fellow team members
  • Takes orders, packages and correctly distributes to guests in line
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of service line, food holding wells and cutting board
  • Weighs and cuts meat to exact specifications.
  • Supports line team members as needed

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Food Handler Certificate required prior to day 1.

Previous Food Handling Experience Preferred.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Ability to listen, read, write and speak fluently in English for all job related circumstances.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Practical problem solving skills.

Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.

While performing the duties of this job, he/she is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. He/she is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. He/she must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
