Job Summary

The Head Baseball Coach is responsible for building and sustaining a competitive baseball program while serving as an Assistant Football Coach. This role focuses on player development, leadership, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Organize and lead baseball practices, game preparation, and team management.
  • Manage team logistics, including scheduling, budgets, and equipment.
  • Promote strength and conditioning programs for both sports.
  • Encourage multi-sport participation and collaborate with other coaches.
  • Assist in football coaching responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field (preferred).
  • Valid Arkansas teaching license.
  • High school or collegiate coaching experience (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to strength and conditioning as a key component of player development.
  • Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
